The scene? An abandoned parts warehouse behind BMW Canada’s corporate headquarters. The team? Photographer Robert Watson, two assistants, a stylist, makeup artist and model. The equipment? A brand-new 39-megapixel digital camera and a Watson-invented fluorescent light fixture to paint reflections. The project? Sharp’s first car shoot, featuring BMW’s hot new X6 “sports activity coupe,” a new and striking entry into the premium-SUV market. Here’s a quick peek behind the scenes.
