Kinesiologists.ca Presents Functional Fitness Training.
by Rob on August 22nd, 2008
Canada could take a health cue from Vancouver: their athletes are kicking butt at the Olympics. What can we learn from these mighty West coast warriors, strong and free in their plentiful forests, mountains and rivers?
Best to find out from Kinesiologists.ca. All of their Expert Therapists have degrees in kinesiology, most of them from the same schools our winning Olympians attended, UBC and SFU. They’re well suited, then, to getting you out of your lazy, summer slump and super fit for fall. This Saturday, they present their Fit Camp Functional Fitness Training Series. From 9am to 10am, the trainers will take you through an intense workout that’ll build your core, muscular strength, agility and endurance. Drop-ins are $20, with a purchase of 10 sessions costing $175, 20 sessions, $300. It all takes place at their Kitsilano clinic, 101-2025 West Broadway.
