Hockey Stick Golf Putters: Bring the NHL to the Links
by Rob on August 25th, 2008

Canada had some nice weather last week. Hopefully, you got to enjoy some of it on a golf course. Did you beat par? Did you land any eagles? Were the beers after the 18th hole cool and crisp?
Important questions, all. But the question of most importance is: did you have a hockey stick golf putter? David Graham, inventor of the hockey stick golf putter, dreamed up the idea in 2004. He spent the next three years mastering the art and science of putter dynamics. In 2007, the putter was declared fully useable on a golf course. Go ahead, get your Happy Glimore on. You can do so with your favorite team’s logos and colours: you’ve got 24 NHL teams to chose from (Go Habs!) as well as three U.S. college teams.
