Which party’s party?
by Alex on August 28th, 2008
You probably don’t want to be known as someone who forms a political opinion based on what an actor says. After all, actors are just sexy script-readers who can convey more emotion by raising an eyebrow than you can when you’re crying. That being said, the Sharp team would definitely want to be on the guest-list at any Obama fundraiser. His celebrity supporters include: the loveable cad George Clooney, noted sexpot and avid baby collector Angelina Jolie, and musical pot aficionado Willy Nelson. Not to mention: Oprah, Charlize Theron, Susan Sarandon, Spike Lee, Ben Affleck, and Kanye West…
Meanwhile John McCain’s celebrity picnic won’t be an A-List extravaganza with the likes of Stephen Baldwin, Pat Boone and Wilford Brimley, but you could probably count on some great old Hollywood stories if you got stuck beside Robert Duvall and Jon Voight while waiting for a new batch of ribs. Actually, McCain’s party might be more fun than Obama’s. Think about it, Brimley could offer great tips on moustache upkeep and I bet Lorenzo Lamas could teach everyone a thing or two about romance.
