There’s certainly a time and place for that, but this is a different beast altogether. This pizza is for when you want to savour every bite, letting the simplicity and freshness of the ingredients help you rediscover what a pizza can be with enough care and consideration. If pizza to you is something that can only be paired with beers and watching a game with the boys, instead of a nice wine and a night out with your lady, then this is not your pizza. But open your mind and your mouth and it can be a revolutionary experience.

Those pizza’s do look horrible. Try Regent Family Restaurant. Western pizza on 9th Ave N, Triple 8 make the best olive oil,feta and spinach pizza anywhere. Chappy’s , Trifon’s, Houston pizza….I could go on. When I lived in Toronto the best pizza they had there was Pizza Hut. In Regina I wouldn’t touch that with a 10 foot pole.
