Today at Bang & Olufsen’s Yorkville location, you can witness the ultimate test of man vs. Machine with Bang & Olufsen’s Race Before the Race. The contest will serve to announce the second annual B & O Yorkville Run in support of YWCA Elm Centre, which will be taking place on Sunday, September 18^th. All funds raised will go to the centre. The race, happening today at 11:00 a.m., will be between Reid Coolsaet–Canada’s fastest distance runner–and an Aston Martin Vantage S Roadster. They will compete along a 5k downtown route, but event attendants can watch the action through a GPS feed on a Bang & Olufsen BeoVision 4 103” flat screen television. To give Coolsaet a fighting chance—and to prevent any injuries or lawsuits—the Aston Martin will be obeying all traffic laws. This we have to see.
