Randy Moss Returns To The NFL

The rowdy playmaker will get his funk back in San Fran. By Sharp Staff

After some much-needed time fishing, legendary wide receiver Randy Moss is back in the NFL. According to ESPN and his agent, Randy was “in shape” and “ready to go” last month, which was apparently enough to warrant a tryout from the New Orleans Saints and the San Francisco 49ers. There were whispers about his workout in the Bayou region being impressive but the whole thing was shrugged off as a cheap distraction from the bounty controversy. In the Bay Area, Niners coach (and former NFL quarterback) Jim Harbaugh threw passes to Moss himself, after which the coach decided to ink the wide receiver on the spot. For San Fran, Moss could very well be the weapon that was missing when they fell one step short of the Super Bowl last year. Trouble is, you never know with this guy, considering his penchant for being a total diva. If you’re a Niners fan, look at it this way: At least Crabtree isn’t your number one anymore.
