![Hall of Fame golf writer Lorne Rubenstein gives us his predictions for the tournament favourites. The phrase, uttered in his classy tone, accompanies overhead views of the beautiful Augusta National golf course and we’re all reminded that there are still sporting events deserving of our reverence. The Masters started today so we asked Lorne Rubenstein, Canada’s preeminent golf scribe to give us his thoughts on the top contenders to wear the green jacket on Sunday. Rubenstein has been covering golf and the Masters for over 30 years and he recently <a href="http://globeandmail.golfcanada.ca/?articleId=2390645" onclick="javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackEvent','outbound-article','http://globeandmail.golfcanada.ca']);">described his own playing experience at Augusta.</a> With Tiger in form and Rory coming on strong, there should be plenty of story lines surrounding the leaderboard this weekend.
